Do’s and Don’ts for Eyelash Extensions

Do’s:

• Keep your lashes clean by gently washing them with a lash-approved cleanser.
• Brush your lashes daily with the spoolie that is provided to you to prevent tangling.
• Follow the recommended touch-up (refill) schedule (usually every 2-3 weeks) to maintain your lashes.
• Try to sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase to minimize friction.
• Be gentle when removing makeup around your eyes to avoid damaging the extensions.

Don’ts:

• Avoid water and steam for the first 24-48 hours after application.
• Don’t use oil-based makeup removers or skincare products, as they can weaken the adhesive.
• Refrain from rubbing or pulling at your lashes.
• Do not use mascara on Volume or Hybrid lashes; for Classic lashes, only use lash extension-safe mascara if necessary.
• Avoid using eyelash curlers, as they can damage both your natural and extended lashes. – You wont need to curl your lashes anyways!!

Aftercare Tips

• Regularly cleanse your lashes to remove dirt, oil, and makeup residue.
• Avoid exposure to excessive heat or steam, such as saunas or hot showers.
• Schedule regular refill appointments (2-3 weeks) to keep your lashes looking full and fresh.
